VizFrame provides structured digital production services, including video production, photography, and visual content creation. Services are described in project-specific agreements and include defined workflows, deliverables, and technical specifications.

You agree to provide accurate information, necessary materials, and timely approvals as required for project execution. You are responsible for ensuring all provided content does not infringe on third-party rights and complies with applicable laws.

Fees are outlined in service proposals. Payment schedules are binding. Late payments may result in project suspension. Refunds are only considered for services not yet rendered, as detailed in our cancellation policy.

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final deliverables as specified. VizFrame retains the right to use completed work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, delays, or force majeure events.

Either party may terminate a project with written notice, subject to payment for work completed. We reserve the right to suspend services for violations of these terms.

We may update these terms. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
