Key terms, conditions, and scope definitions for our digital production services to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
A "project" is defined as a single, scoped unit of work with defined deliverables, timeline, and budget. This includes pre-production planning, active production (filming/photography), and post-production editing. Changes to scope after approval may incur additional fees and timeline adjustments.
"Final deliverables" refer to the approved, rendered video files in the specified formats (e.g., MP4, MOV, ProRes) and resolutions, delivered via secure link. This includes up to two rounds of revisions. Raw footage, project files, and additional formats are not included unless specified in the service agreement.
Our standard workflow consists of three phases: Pre-Production (planning, scripting, 1-2 weeks), Production (shooting, 1-5 days), and Post-Production (editing, 2-4 weeks). Timelines are estimates and depend on project complexity, client feedback speed, and resource availability. A detailed schedule is provided per project.
"Equipment reference" lists the standard gear we use (cameras, lenses, lighting, audio). It is for informational purposes and does not guarantee specific equipment for every shoot. Final equipment is selected based on project needs, location, and creative direction. Specialized gear may involve rental fees.
Upon full payment, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for commercial purposes. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials. Raw footage and project files remain our intellectual property unless a separate buyout is negotiated.
